Bombers stripe-out: What to know about Friday's theme vs. Shiloh Christian

The Mountain Home Bombers will be trying out something new and different at Bomber Stadium on Friday night for the showdown with the Shiloh Christian Saints. This last week, the athletic department announced a “stripe-out” game for the 6A-West Conference home opener that pits two of the top teams in, not only 6A, but all of the state of Arkansas against each other.

Getting 3-4,000-plus people to do anything in unison can be difficult, but Mountain Home is giving it the old college try on Friday. In recent years, the White and Blue Out has been successful, and other stadiums over the years have been known for the stripe-out concept as it pertains to their game day atmospheres.

For Bomber Fans it's fairly simple. There are 4 sections. If you are on the furthermost left section (facing the press box from the field) you are in Blue, the next section you're in white, and so on for the remaining 2 sections. Refer to the diagram in this story for more information!

We hope to see you here on Friday and Go Bombers!
