The Jim Holsted Athlete of the Week is Elle Bentley.

Elle is a Senior on the Bomber Cheer Team. Varsity Cheerleading is a year round sport and requires you to push your skills to the next level on a regular basis. Elle has been a flyer, base, and backspot when needed. She is an elite tumbler and showcases those talents to the extreme. Elle is a captain on our team this year, and she ensures that she leads by example in all realms and has been named All-American by the National Cheerleading Association 3 times, as well as been awarded the Pin It Forward honor through St. Jude’s partnership with the National Cheerleading Association. Elle is not only a standout athlete, but a standout student as well. She is in a variety of AP and college level courses, volunteers within the community, spends time interning to be a Physical Therapist, and has been named All-Academic by the Arkansas Activities Association all while holding a 3.37 GPA and in FBLA, Fire Marshall and Key Club. Elle’s parents are Patrick and Jennifer Bentley, Angie and Nick Langevin. .
